Isaiah 31:3
HEB: ר֑וּחַ וַֽיהוָ֞ה יַטֶּ֣ה יָד֗וֹ וְכָשַׁ֤ל
NAS: So the LORD will stretch out His hand,
KJV: When the LORD shall stretch out his hand,
INT: spirit the LORD will stretch his hand will stumble
