Ezekiel 13:22
HEB: וּלְחַזֵּק֙ יְדֵ֣י רָשָׁ֔ע לְבִלְתִּי־ שׁ֛וּב
NAS: not to turn from his wicked way
KJV: the hands of the wicked, that he should not return
INT: and strengthened the hands his wicked not to turn
