Isaiah 29:3
HEB: וְחָנִ֥יתִי כַדּ֖וּר עָלָ֑יִךְ וְצַרְתִּ֤י
NAS: against you encircling [you], And I will set
KJV: And I will camp against thee round about, and will lay siege
